These Terms of Service govern your use of poddolls.com and purchases from Poddolls. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms and the Privacy, Shipping, and Refund Policies.

Products and Natural Variation

Poddolls are handmade decorative characters and DIY kits made with natural seed pod shells and small craft materials. Natural and handmade variation in shape, texture, color, markings, dimensions, and detail placement is expected. Product photographs represent the design, but an individual piece or kit may not be perfectly identical.

Poddolls are decorative items rather than toys intended for rough play. They may contain small, delicate, sharp, magnetic, adhesive, botanical, or hanging components depending on the design. Keep products dry, handle them gently, and supervise their placement around children and pets.

Finished Dolls and DIY Kits

Finished Doll and DIY Kit are different versions of a product. A DIY Kit contains the materials described on its product page and does not include the completed display doll unless expressly stated. Results depend on natural material variation, the maker’s tools, and assembly.

Product Information and Availability

We try to present accurate descriptions, images, dimensions, prices, stock, and processing estimates. Screen colors and natural materials may vary. We may correct errors, update information, limit quantities, or withdraw a product when reasonably necessary.

Orders and Payment

By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate, you are authorized to use the selected payment method, and you agree to the total shown at checkout. Prices are shown in USD unless the website states otherwise.

An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of the order but does not prevent cancellation or refund if payment fails, stock is unavailable, an obvious pricing error occurred, the order appears fraudulent, or fulfillment is not reasonably possible. Any affected payment will be handled through the original payment method.

Shipping, Customs, and Refunds

Processing and delivery estimates, tracking, customs responsibilities, and customs delivery protection are described in the Shipping Policy. Cancellations, damaged or incorrect items, DIY kits, and refund eligibility are described in the Refund Policy. Those policies form part of these terms.

Reviews, Questions, and User Content

If you submit a review, product question, image, or other content, you confirm that it is truthful, lawful, and does not violate another person’s rights. You allow Poddolls to display and moderate that content in connection with the website and products. We may remove spam, abusive content, personal information, or unrelated material.

AI Chat and Recommendations

AI chat, product recommendations, filters, and personalized ordering are provided to help customers explore the catalog. They may be incomplete or imperfect and do not guarantee stock, suitability, delivery, custom pricing, or order status. Confirm important purchase details on the product and checkout pages or contact the studio.

Intellectual Property

The Poddolls name, product designs, photographs, artwork, written content, graphics, and website materials belong to Poddolls or their respective licensors. They may not be copied, reproduced, sold, or commercially used without permission, except as allowed by applicable law.

Acceptable Use

You may not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with checkout or security, submit malicious code, scrape the website in a harmful manner, impersonate another person, or use the service for unlawful activity.

Disclaimer and Limitation

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the website and its content are provided without guarantees beyond the express commitments stated in these terms and policies. Poddolls is not responsible for delays or failures caused by carriers, customs authorities, weather, network outages, payment providers, or other circumstances outside reasonable control.
